  1. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours after delivery.
  2. Our claims department reviews all submitted documentation and photos.
  3. Approved claims are processed quickly and professionally.

Refund Policy

  • Deposits are refundable within 48 hours after booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may result in partial deposit retention.
  • In cases of company-related scheduling issues, customers may receive a full refund or rescheduled service at no additional cost.
